6. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted and confirmed, it may enter processing immediately.

Orders cannot normally be cancelled after they have been been placed once processing has started.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the applicable laws of the customer's country of residence or any other applicable law.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free home express delivery to all destinations currently supported by WonderChef.

Orders are prepared within 1–4 business days before dispatch.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Most orders are delivered within 3–12 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

The estimated delivery time applicable to your destination is displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase and may vary depending on your shipping location.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, remote delivery locations, incorrect address information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In exceptional circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, security situations, or other unforeseen events, delivery may take up to 21 business days.

The courier may contact the customer by telephone call or SMS to coordinate delivery where this service is available.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and a valid telephone number when placing an order.

8. Failed Delivery and Incorrect Information

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer provided an incorrect address, an invalid telephone number, failed to respond to the courier, or was unavailable to receive the order, the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be shipped again, subject to applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information submitted by the customer.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

Products must be returned unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all original labels, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Products showing signs of wear, dirt, odour, damage, washing, alteration, misuse, or improper care may not qualify for a return or exchange unless the product is confirmed to be defective or otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Defective or Incorrect Products

Clear photographs or videos showing the product and packaging.

Claims should be submitted within a reasonable period after delivery.

Where the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law, which may include replacement, exchange, repair, store credit, or refund.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper cleaning, accidental damage, incorrect sizing, unauthorised alterations, or use contrary to the product instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, coupon codes, gifts, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions, including eligibility requirements, minimum purchase values, expiration dates, product exclusions, and usage limits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Discount codes cannot be combined.
Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been completed.
Promotions have no cash value.
Promotions may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn where reasonably necessary.

Orders placed using promotional discounts remain subject to these Terms and our applicable return and refund policies.
